Azure DevOps Data Refresh Issue with Conditional Access Policy

Hi,

We are trying to connect Azure DevOps pipelines data using Odata and Rest APIs. Everthing works fine from Power BI Desktop, but when we publish the report on the service it fails to refresh as we have 'Conditional Access Policy' on in the organization.

I am trying to explore any other options inlcuding OAuth 2.0 authetication way to work around this conditional access policy, but nothing is working so far. Any suggestion for alternatives ?

We tried to troubleshoot by looking at Azure AD logs and logins. But its shows all success for whatever call we made for Azure DevOps and Power BI. Our admins are quite confident that conditional access policy is not blocking access from Power BI to ADO. Please check the attached SS from Azure AD portal.

The data refresh from Power BI service only works if we disable this setting in our ADO's organization. But due to security reasons, we have to keep this option on.

I am keep getting this error on Power BI Service. This works fine with the same credentials and authentication method on Power BI Desktop

Any pointers where else we can look for what's blocking this access ?
