Hi,
I have a situation whilst connecting Power BI to a new Azure Data Lake.
In short:
I'm lost, with no error messages I have no idea what is causing this. Has anybody else experienced this issue?
Thanks
Jonny
Hi @JonnyDGray ,
Check whether below reference help:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/blobs/data-lake-storage-known-issues
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/common/storage-network-security
Thanks Kelly. I've had a quick look through and I am not sure they address my exact issue. I'll see what power bi support says and post the response on here for future reference.
Hi @JonnyDGray ,
Sorry but I cant reproduce your senario,if the reference provided before doesnt help, pls create a support ticket via below link and our relevant personnel will help to handle it.

@JonnyDGray - I have not seen this, but You could check the Issues forum here:
https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues
And if it is not there, then you could post it.
If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
Hi
Thanks for your response. I have checked everywhere but can't find anyone else with this problem.
I didn't however know support was free.
Thanks for your help.
Jonny
