Azure AD B2B guest users cannot access Power BI Report

Hello,

In my company we are trying to share a Power BI Pro Workspace to external users, with each external user being assigned a Pro license. The thing is when we try to give them access, the reports won't show to them. They can even see the name of the reports within their Power BI service home app, in the "From external orgs" section, but they are not able to open them. 

In addition, the Pro license is not applied. It appears as a Free acount, even when we assign them with the Pro license from out Azure admin portal.

Is there some Azure B2B issue we are ignoring here?
