Hello, everyone
I'm getting this error in the automatic refresh in Power BI and I don't know how to resolve it. The data used in the report is Data Source: Web - pulling links from Google Sheets spreadsheets exported as .csv

Hello !
Thank you for posting on Fabric community.
Your sheets must be accessible without login and the url should be like https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/e/<pub-id>/pub?gid=<tabId>&single=true&output=csv
Don't forgert that PBI service is strict with dynamic URLs so you need to rewrite your query to use Web.Contents with RelativePath and Query and if you have multiple sheets you can parameterize Gid and reuse the same pattern for each table.
In the service and in the dataset settings under data source credentials you need to set authentication to anonymous, privacy level to organizational. You do not need a gateway for Web/Google endpoints.

Hello, Amira, how are you?
Thank you so much for your support. At first glance, it appeared to halve solved my problem, but the error persist. Do you have another insight to what can I do to solve it?
It's the same error, even after I made the changes you suggested.
Thank you.
Hi @Matheus_R
You can start by checking the refresh history in Power BI, It usually shows more details about why the refresh failed.
If you still see the error, try checking if other reports that use the same Google Sheets data are also having issues, That will help you figure out whether the problem is with the data source or just this report.
Thank you so much, this solved my issue!
@Matheus_R You will likely need to open a support ticket. You can do that here: Microsoft Fabric service status
