Hi,
We are trying to schedule automatic refreshes of our data on PowerBi.com. However, when we go to schedule the refresh on the settings page, the 'schedule refresh' section is greyed out. We have an OData source connections - is this why we can't schedule the refresh?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Laura

Hi @LauraCawdronDav ,
I create a report with OData connector and publish to service, could configure the schedule refresh.
I guess that scheduled refresh is disabled because at least one data source is missing credentials. To start the refresh again, go to this dataset's settings page and enter credentials for all data sources. Then reactivate scheduled refresh.
