Automate Exporting Paginated Report

Hello,

I have created a paginated report in Power BI Report Builder. I have made it to when I run the report you have to set two parameters first, which are a date and market parameter.

Is there a way to automate the exporting to PDF file by each different market? I have about 60 markets and need to figure out a way to automate the exporting process.

I have looked at the exporttofile API but am not sure how to send the request, poll, and get the file. If there is a reference to this that would very much help.

If anyone has a way please let me know.

HI @VOx15,

As GilbertQ said, you can't direct export different paginated reports based on different market values.
For your requirement, I'd like to suggest you try to set a multiple-value parameter with 'in' operator in your report then you can use a specific parameter to export merged reports.

Add a multi-value parameter to a Report

Hi there

As far as I know currently it is not possible to get this done. I think that it is being worked on but I cannot confirm this 100%

You can have a look at https://ideas.powerbi.com
