Auto Refresh without Gateway

I have a power bi report formed from  data sources

• Tables in azure datewarehouse 
• Excel sheet One Drive
  
  Is it possible to schedule auto-refresh wihout setting up any gateway ? I know for data in azure datawarehouse , it is possible but i was not sure excel sheets in One Drive.
