Hi,
Since Monday from last week (Sept 16th) I have an Issue with the Auto Refresh function in the Power BI Web version.
In summary: I cannot edit, enable or disable the Auto Refresh.
First, I use a cloud connection with postgresql, not a gateway one.
When I try checking for the connection, it shows as 'Offline'.
But the interesting fact is: All the files that have "Auto Refresh" enabled are updating automatically and, if I just select the cloud connection under 'gateways and cloud connection' and try to manually refresh, it works.
If I try to disable one of the enabled auto refresh, as soon as I update the page, it turns back on.
The cloud credentials are ok, since I use the same to access my databank on dbeaver.
I've tried creating a new connection, but it also shows as 'offline'.
But, if it is offline, how are the files set previously updating? How am I able manually update?
I've contacted Microsoft Support last week and they said that it was a known issue (even though I found no one talking about it) and it is supposed to be fixed in a patch released today, Sept 25th (Again, I saw nothing about it and so far no update).
Does anyone have/had the same error, or know anything about it? Or best, how to fix it?
Sincerily.
There are a lot of topics about this on the forum. A fix is allegedly in the works but has not been confirmed.
