Auto Refresh Failed

I'm trying do the auto refresh but it's showing me below error,

Data source error: Expression.Error: There weren't enough elements in the enumeration to complete the operation.. <pii>#table({"Content", "Name", "Extension", "Date accessed", "Date modified", "Date created", "Attributes", "Folder Path"}, {})</pii>, ;There weren't enough elements in the enumeration to complete the operation.. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface. Table: Sales_Header,
There is no duplicate column in my table
