I keep getting this error when I try to connect the source using my credential.
I have the data source saved as the URL, Bearer: Token
This works perfectly fine when I run it on desktop, but when I try to use credential for auto-refresh, it keeps failing.
I was informed, I don't need gateway connection for this because the web connection is done with an API token.
Another thing to note is, this was inherited from someone else.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Hi @JiseobLee ,
Because it was inherited from someone else, could you please update or reconfigure the credentials?
For more information, you can refer this documentation:

Hope these help you.

Thank you for the reply.
The data sources are anonymous, and there wasn't anything to reconfigure. Also, there was no gateway when this was created, and the other person was managing the dashboard with auto-refresh function on.
It was inherited from someone else, but we ensured to update all of the API token references to mine. We checked it was connected correctly. Then I replaced the older .pbix file to mine. Everything works perfectly fine on desktop version. The credential doesn't work for web.
