Auto Generated Access Request Emails from the Service

Dear Forum,

According to Microsoft documentation the Contact for a report will receive the access request emails sumbitted from the service.

However I am an Admin on a Workspace that Hosts the App within which a Report exists and I am also getting the request emails (I am not down as the Report Cotact or the Dataset Owner.

What is your understanding of who gets a acess email requestion notificaiton. I can't seem to untangle it between:

• Each Report Contact
• Each Workspace Admin
• Dataset owner

All of these potentially?

Essentially I want to be sure that our central IT mailbox also captures these and am not sure how to best go about this.

You can refer to the following link,  you can create a group and put the people you want to the group, then add the group to the contact
