Assigning list of user to a Role

Hello,

I have created a role using RLS, I need to assign a large number of user to that role. Is there any way that we can automate it rather than assigning each user the role in Power BI Service. Either by placing a excel/csv file having mapping of users to roles. or set a default role for all the users.

You could add a security group or a distribution list to the role.

There are mutiple roles and have senstive information and can not create that much number of DLs

For each role, you have to map a separate Security Group/Distribution list. Going forward, you have to add the users to the Security Group/Distribution list. You don't need to add users to the Role. 

The bulk import option is possible with the Security Group/Distribution list. (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/users-groups-roles/groups-bulk-import-members)

If you can't create multiple Security Group/Distribution list, then you have to write the logic in RLS DAX.

Thanks for your help.....but I have implemented RLS in Power BI dsktop.....the only thing that I want to do is to automate the mapping all the users in roles in the Power BI service.

The current version can not realize this idea, the best way is @nandukrishnavs ’s suggestion.
