Hi,GilbertQ ,thanks for your concern about this issue.

Your answer is excellent!
And I would like to share some additional solutions below.

Hello,@Del235 .I am glad to help you.

According to your description, you want to implement using an out-of-the-box subscription as a template and then set up a unified subscription for other reports on the service at the same time.
Here are my suggestions:
1. For the question of whether it is possible to apply a report subscription as a template to other reports, this is currently not supported on the service. The reason is

The relationship between a subscription and a report is many-to-one, as subscriptions are essentially set up for a specific page or view of a report. Each subscription captures a specific view of the report and sends a snapshot or link to your email based on a set frequency, not for the entire report.
You can set up multiple different subscriptions for the same report to be sent to different audience users, but not the other way around.
Here is my test:
When creating a report subscription. You need to first select the page to subscribe to, and set up different subscription rules for the vsiual in that page.
So the subscription is dependent on the specific page of a particular report.

Between this feature of subscriptions, if you have multiple reports that require the same subscription settings, I recommend creating subscriptions for each report manually or using templating to record common settings for quick application to new reports.

You can use Power BI's REST API to create subscriptions for reports in bulk. By writing scripts, you can automate the subscription creation process and save time.

I hope my suggestions give you good ideas, if you have any more questions, please clarify in a follow-up reply.

Carson Jian,

When I open the report in the web service, I see Subscribe To Report/Manage All or Create Subscription

Hi @Del235

You will have to open up the existing report, click on subscriptions and then edit subscriptions.
