ArcGIS map not loading displaying in Power BI online service

ArcGIS maps are coming up with a blank map layer for some users of my reports when they access the reports online - see pic below (which also includes the browser versions they have tried). Any ideas?

Please try to delete files at this location: C:\Users\<your name>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop\CEF to see if the issue persists.

The problem is for users of the Power BI online service who don't have the desktop version installed so I don't think they'll have this directory set up?

Have made a test but couldn't reproduce your issue, please clear the browser cache and check it the issue still occurs.

We've tried clearing the cache, but still maps are not displaying (I'll try using a different map layer and different mapping visulisations next...)
