Hi All,
The solution for using Azure Active Directory as a data source for Power BI was previously the
Azure Active Directory Activity Logs content pack.
Content packs are no longer appearing in the PBI Service - Get Data - Services.
Please advise how to connect PBI service to Azure AD as a data source.
HI @Anonymous,
I check on power bi service and find it has been removed from power bi service.
In my opinion, I'd like to suggest you contact to power bi team for the template file or try to refer to the following document to create a custom query table based on the exported query:
Import Azure Monitor log data into Power BI
Regards,
Xiaoxin Sheng
Thanks Xiaoxin,
I have requested acces in Azure Portal - Azure Monitor to the Log Management category.
Not sure that will give me what I want, which is the list of users and groups, and group membership.
I will update this thread if I am successful.
I would like the Power BI team make the Active Directory datasource work the same with AAD as it does with IaaS AD.
This is your chance to engage directly with the engineering team behind Fabric and Power BI. Share your experiences and shape the future.
