App navigation issue

I have an app that contains a dashboard and four reports.

When accessing it loads to the dashboard ok every time, however, intermittently this week I am unable to navigate to the other reports, either through the pinned tiles or via the navigation pane.
Is this an ongoing bug, that others have experienced - any quick fixes that can be recommended?

Going into another app and back briefly fixed things, but now that wont work either. I have tried clearing cache and cookies to no avail and tried with Chrome and Edge.

Strangely dont seem to have any issues on mobile.

@Kahoona could you do a GIF capture of what you are experiencing? It does sound like an isolated issue where it might resolve itself on its own, but I can understand your frustration.
