hi all, i have a sematic model with connecting to another sematic model, it worked well. But today, the visual in power bi service fails to retrieve data. Error shows below.
Even in Power BI desktop, it shows OLE DB or ODBC error. is anyone knowing this error? is there some error hit MS server?

Hi @xiaomin ,
Can you ensure that the user experiencing the visual error has Build permission on all datasets in the chain? Do you create visual objects as clustered bars with averages? Double check your data source credentials that the gateway is online properly.

hi Neeko, thanks for looking into it. i confirm i am the dataset owner and have access to all sorts of data source. based on the feedback from our company IT, this is a global issue.

i found an item from the published issue log. i think this issue didn't get resolved at all.
