Analizing data with RLS

I have a report where I have set up the Row Level Security.

Users can see only filtered data when they are in powerbi service and are consuming the app.

I have enabled the functionality of "Analyze in Excel", so in that way they can download an .odc file and connect to the dataset in order to make their own analysis.

BUT... When they launch the odc, they can access to ALL the dataset and not only the data they can see online.

This is not the behaviour I expected.

@RobertoMassucco,

I am not able to reproduce  the issue. How about you use Publisher for Excel? Do the users log in Excel using their own account and how do they create PowerPivote tables?

Regards,
Lydia
