Amazon Redshift dataflow refresh failure

we are getting the Internal error in Power Service when dataflow refresh is happening 

 

Error captured in the power BI log is Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation.

 

source is Amazon Redshift 

 

 

any suggestions would be appriciated to fix this issue

wer are cconnecting to Redshift using the native connector( Redhshift on premise data gateway).

 

before 2 hours its failing

Hi @Anonymous 

 

Are you connecting to Redshift using the native connector or the ODBC connector?

 

I would look at making sure that your query can return data before the timeout occurs, which is typically 2 hours.
