Hi, We use Power BI, and need to know the definition of an ActiveGroup in TenantO365GroupsActivity in 365 Usage analytics application. What is considered as an Office 365 active (or inactive) Group ? what criteria ? No file donwloaded or uploaded ? how much delay ? 90 days ?
the MS doc says about TenantO365GroupsActivity : ActiveGroup is total number of active groups,
which means nothing since it refers to itself
This important, since we expose this indicator, and may consider a low number of active group compared to total groups as a serious warning or as just an information.
Can you help ? Thx a lot
hi, @Anonymous
It is the number of active Office 365 groups.
The back-end Office 365 service will refresh data on a daily basis and provides data that is between 5-8 days latent from the current date.
Best Regards,
Lin
