Acess Data base Engine

Hello , I have created a dashboard in power bi and as I have pro license I could publish it and share it . The problem is that the refreshment fails every time because of the Access Database Engine as you can see in the attached file . I have microsoft office 64 bit , Power bi 64 bit and I already installed the access data base engine 64 bit but still get the same error . All my files are excel files.xls and I have share point as data source .

does anyone here know how to tackle this problem .

Hi @Imo22 ,

You may need the 32 bit data provider installed as well.
