Accessing secured reports on portals without password prompt

Hi All, 

I would like to know if the users can access a secured report/dashboard on a portal without being asked to login to Power BI.

I have a website for which the users register themselves and pay for membership to access various reports. To login to the portal, users need to provide their user-id and password for a secured access. 
If I embed a secured Power BI report (with a row level security) on this website, will the user again have to login using his/her credentials everytime? If yes, then can this step be skipped or avoided so that the users don't have to punch in their credentials multiple times?
