ARC GIS map too slow/not loading on published Power BI report

Hi Everyone,

The ARC GIS map is too slow/not loading after I publish my Power Bi report to the city's website.

Example: https://www.cityofhawthorne.org/departments/planning

The ADU dashboard loads slowly, but the Code Enforcement Dashboard doesn't load unless a filter is utilized on the dashboard. 

Any ideas on why this is happening? Do you think there is too much data?

Hi @phansen ,

Since your Code Enforcement Dashboard loads only when a filter is applied, it might indicate that the initial dataset is too large to load all at once. Applying default filters to reduce the initial data load might help.

There could also be a DNS issue, please contact the site where it was placed to adjust it.
