I share your frustration! I, too, tried everything you just described and had similar results! 😓 My dashboards are posted on the city's website. Telling the community the map doesn't work unless you choose different filters isn't a great look... especially for community members who aren't tech-savvy. I recently found the GIS map that is in my Power Bi published report sporadically works (loads the first time the dashboard loads on the webpage) in Chrome and never works in Edge (unless the filter is changed). As mentioned above - This is very disappointing because the tool has a lot of promise and can have the ability to share important information in a user-friendly format.ARC GIS map too slow/not loading on published Power BI report
Hi Everyone, The ARC GIS map is too slow/not loading after I publish my Power Bi report to the city's website. Example: https://www.cityofhawthorne.org/departments/planning The ADU dashboard loads slowly, but the Code Enforcement Dashboard doesn't load unless a filter is utilized on the dashboard. Any ideas on why this is happening? Do you think there is too much data?How to minimize GIS menu on Power Bi
Hello, Does anyone know how to minimize the GIS menu on Power Bi? When on my Power Bi workspace, I go to my GIS map and click the hamburger menu icon, which minimizes the menu. But, after I validate the data and publish the dashboard to our website, the full menu appears on the map (on the website) so the public can see it as well... all while the menu in the Power Bi workspace remains minimized. Image attached. I tried enlarging the map and clicking the hamburger menu icon to minize the menu, but the full menu reappears on the publish dashboard even if the map is significatnly larger. Any ideas on how to minimize the menu? I didn't have this issue before the recent update.How to minimize GIS menu on Power Bi

Hello, I signed into Power BI this morning to update June's data. I was prompted to sign into ArcGIS, but when I clicked the sign-in button, an error message appeared. Attached is the screenshot. This issue happens on my PowerBi Workspace and PowerBi Desktop app. Everything worked fine last week, so I am assuming the ArcGIS User Types update threw something off. Any ideas on how to fix this or any workaround ideas?
