API google translate authentication method

Does it have a Username and Password for free users? Or will I incur costs for obtaining a Username and password?

Google translate API does not use traditional username and password authentication. Please try the following methods and check if they can solve your problem:

1.Create an azure account.

2.In the portal, create a translator resource.

3.Using the API key provided to authenticate the API request.
