ADLS Gen 2 Credential error

Error:

Failed to update data source credentials: The credentials provided for the AzureDataLakeStorage source are invalid.

ADLS Gen 2 - Power BI Service

Same Access key when used from Power BI Desktop it works fine. 

Issue is same in both Data flow and Dataset

Checked these two

Based on my research, please try these two suggestions:

1.whitelist the Azure IP's for your region in the ADLS.

Download [Deprecating] Microsoft Azure Datacenter IP Ranges from Official Microsoft Download Center 

2.Another situation is that since the Azure and O365 are in two different tenants, you get the error "Failed to update data source credentials: The given data source kind is not supported". You could refer to this blog:

IP whitelisting is not the issue based on initial analysis.

Will inform/ask network team to follow-up with Microsoft ...
