(502): Bad Gateway on Data Flow API Call Premium Capacity

I am developing an API call and I can get a day or two's worth of data but if I extend beyond that I get a  (502): Bad Gateway error. In reading what little info I can find on this, it points to the amount of data being returned by Web.Contents from the API call.

Is anyone aware of the limits for an API call via a data flow. I have PBi Premium on the workspace.

One thing I did which got me a little further time wise on the update was have the query cycle through the records one at a time in a loop, collect the XML data into a list for each query and then work the list to make the table pretty.

API call against what?  Do you have documentation on the limitations of that API?
