365 usage analytics- Automate data store

Hi Everybody!

I need to store the data that the template takes because it destroys data past a year.

I need to store info from at least 5 years. I know I cant show this info in one template, i will do 5 workspaces, one for 2021, other for 2022... but i need to automate the data storage the 31st of december 23:59.

Can I do it with power automate for example?

Thank you for your answer. I check your links but the first one is the main page of usage analytics. I have checked this info before to post here and I didn't find anything with respect to automate the data download.

I want to automate the download of the dataset to store it locally (scheduled once a year, right on December 31st)

Hi guys, 

I have solved the problem. It was really simple, we only need to use "Suscribe" function to suscribe to the template (with premium PBI license for FULL report)
