I have purchased licences for Bullet chart from xviz and have to use them in Power BI Report server on clients side. How to add custom vizuals in Report server?

You can add them in Power BI desktop for report server (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=57271) by get more visuals or import .pbiviz file:
