oracle select

Hi,

I am doing some research before starting to use powerBI. Currently or DWH databse is in Oracle

1) As I understand it is possible to create report with query and probably syntax will be t-sql (not sql used in Oracle)?

2) Can I create oracle view and get data from there? As workaround if I  don't now t-sql.
