Unable to view report and edit data sources after PBIRS restore

We just performed a new restore into a new environment of PBIRS, encryptions keys have been restored as well.

I am able to access the environment and, but I am not able to set any subscription or modify any data source.

I get the following error message. Appreciate any help!

It could be that the encryption key was not correctly applied and you can't edit/change the encrypted content in data sources. Try reapplying the encryption keys, then restarting the server. You can also look at the server log files for more specific errors.

For gereral info on server encryption and backup/restore see: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/reporting-services/install-windows/ssrs-encryption-keys-manage-...
