Unable to Export table data from PBI Dashboard

Hey guys,

In PBI Desktop I'm able to export my table to csv or excel. But when I upload to PBI Dashboard within my company's env, the end users are not able to export the data from the table. I've checked and enabled the Export permissions in the Export Settings. Anyone know why it is not working?

Hi,@taiteng .I am glad to help you.
According to your description, your report visual encountered that users could not export visual data, but visual data in other reports could be exported normally for the same dashboard.
If my understanding is correct, please re-check the relevant Settings in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service/Power BI Report Server

Permissions Issue: Ensure that your users have the necessary permissions to export data. Even if you have enabled export permissions in the settings, users still need access to the data itself.
Data Protection Settings: Check if the report has sensitivity labels or other data protection settings applied, as these might restrict data export.

Export Options Configuration:
In Power BI Desktop, make sure the export data options are correctly configured under "File" > "Options and settings" > "Options" > "Report settings".

In power BI Service
Sensitivity labels, RLS and other information protection settings, including the operation of the export settings in the Admin portal will affect whether the user can export visual data, I think the possible reason is that you may have missed the export function settings, resulting in the user can not export the visual data of a particular report.

So we have other dashboards uploaded in the same folder in the Report server, others as the end user they are able to download the visualizations like charts and all, but when it comes to my table they can't export it.
