Steps for upgrading Power BI Report Server to latest version

Hello,

 

I'm using the August 2018 edition of Power BI on premise and want to upgrade to latest.  I've upgraded before by following the steps here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/report-server/upgrade.  I already have a backup of the encrytpion key, do I need to back it up again?
