Explain the increase/decrease on Power BI Report Server?

Now that you can select a datasource from PowerBI.com (which would have the data embedded in the cloud), it would seem that explain the analyze:  increase/decrease would work.  But I don't see that is the case.  Are the alternatives to get this functionality on Power BI Report Server.  For example, could you embed a powerbi.com report on the Power BI Report Server?
