SQL -Server Authentication on Power BI

Hi im using SQL Server. I put my report on my workspaces and i cant set refersh.

What should i chose in 

 

im using Windows Authentication on SQL SERVER

Can i have put mine acc or i can put virual acc for exampel Admin@company.xx
I wonder if someone will stop working in company when i will put admin acc it will be much more better ?

Should i give mine e-mail or it cloud be virtual e-mail, Admin@company.com I wonder it could be better  if i install on Always on PC as acc Admin@company ?
What if that email dont have power BI Acc ? I will be working or it should be nessesery mine e-mail ?

@Seb_89 If you are using Windows authentication and that is how you originally connected to SQL Server when creating your PBIX file then you should select Windows without impersonation.

When i download my report in to the desktop i have  that kind of  authorization. But on power Bi online even if i set the same still can't save it and still dont referesh.

If I understand correctly, you have an on-premise SQL Server you want to use. For this, you will need to use a Gateway. The service cannot contact an on-premise SQL Server directly. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/products/power-bi/gateway
