Unable to update connection credentials. Unable to connect to the data source. Either the data source is inaccessible, a connection timeout occurred, or the data source credentials are invalid. Please verify the data source configuration and contact a data source administrator to troubleshoot this issue.


Details: PAS Gateway: PostgreSQL: Exception while reading from stream

i am facing this problem please help me to reslove this!

It sounds like you’re encountering a connection issue with your PostgreSQL data source. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve this problem:

1.Credential

  • Double-check the username, password, and other connection details to ensure they are correct.
  • Make sure the credentials have the necessary permissions to access the database.

2.Check for Stream Reading Issues:

  • The error message “Exception while reading from stream” suggests there might be an issue with the data stream. Ensure that the data being read is not corrupted or too large for the buffer.

Sounds like your gateway cluster members cannot reliably talk to your PostGreSQL db server. Check network and server health.
