Report on the report sever taking too long to open

Hi All,

Reports on the report sever using direct query mode connecting to HANA source gets stuck with  loading  message. It is almost stuck at the same point for more than 15- 20 mins . It opens correclty when opned on the desktop.

Please help provide inputs on what needs to be checked.

You can check the report server logs and also run a Fiddler trace on the report server to see if that picks up any issues.
