Parameters to Power BI report in Power BI report server

In the Power BI desktop, I designed a report containing 2 parameters for the Date value (Start Date and End Date). I created the parameters using the Edit Queries/Manage parameter option. When I uploaded the report onto the Power BI Report Server (on-premise), is there a way where users can change the values to the parameters instead of going to edit queries?
