Report Server access

In my company, we have sql server enterprise, and because of regulatory reasons we are going to use Power BI Report server and we are not able to use Power BI Service.

All users at the moment are users of the organization but we now have the need to allow our clients to consult certain dashboards.

As it is not in our active directory, what possibilities does this solution offer for this type of client access?

Hi,

create a user in Power BI Report Server Windows (assume that you have created a user like this: Daniel.M)

your client can login in this way:      .\Daniel.M

and sometimes without .\
