Published report can't show any values in any tabs

Hi, the issue is once the report is published, after scheduled refresh, all values in the report has become 0 or empty.

The scheduled refresh was completed without errors.

The report can be refreshed in the deshtop version with no issues.

There's no boolean type filters in the values.

Can anyone help please?

Hi @Anonymous ,

What is the corresponding connection pattern of your data source? If it is similar to direct query mode, then after publishing the report to service, you want to configure the connection credentials of the data source through the gateway. Otherwise, the query cannot access the data in the data source.
You can refer to the following document for details.

Add or remove a gateway data source - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

Another thing you need to confirm with you is whether the processing is correct for boolean values, refer to the following similar solution.

If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information and related operation screenshoots. Looking forward to your reply.

Best Regards,
Henry
