Cannot create new ML model

All -

I am trying to create a new ML model repeating steps that have been successful for me in the past. I have the tables configured without any errror and I have been able to refresh the tables in the dataflow.

The problem comes when trying to create a new model. I have selected Binary Prediction and at the point shown below (after indicating my target outcome column, the service just spins.

I have tried with two separate premium workspaces. Same issue.

One interesting thing... I was successful one time this morning (but sadly found I needed to do addtional data cleansing). Now, I'm stuck. Any insights?

Thanks!
Danielle

Hi @dsdesrosiers ,

According to your description, this may be caused by inconsistent privacy settings for each data source. Switch all data source credentials to "Organization" and try again.

Also check if the following feature is enabled in the admin portal and related document.

If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information and let me know immediately. Looking forward to your reply.

Best Regards,
Henry
