你首先需要打开PBIRS配置管理器，检查一下使用的是什么凭据，这个凭据是否拥有对报表服务器的足够的权限。因为你在这里创建刷新计划，要求报表服务器的执行账户在数据库里创建一个Job, 如果权限不够，就会出现你给的截图显示的错误。很多人都是这里出的问题, 自己多试几次，问题不大。(要了解不同的凭据类型可以参考此文)

我经过多次尝试，最终使用域管理员账号进行配置，登陆成功，在此非常感谢对我的指点。个人还有一些细节的经验分享，希望可以帮助更多的人。
Power BI Reprot Server 配置管理器，服务账户，默认是使用内置账户中的虚拟服务账户。在配置计划刷新时，个人测试的结果是，使用默认账户设置无法正确配置计划刷新，会有报错弹窗，因此必须使用域管理员账号才可以成功配置，而且配置后，使用其他管理员账号也可以正确配置，个人测试的结果是这样的。

账户必须是 域名\用户名 格式，请注意区分管理员账号和普通用户的域名是不一样的。

同时创建计划的刷新还需要启动SQL Server代理服务，这部分网上有教程。

Therefore, you must use the domain administrator account to successfully configure. After configuration, you can configure it correctly by using other administrator accounts.
