Power Bi Report Server PBIRS REST API get user info

Hello, I want to retrieve user info(id, username, displayname) using PBIRS REST API.

I found it possible by using /me api call, is there something similar, but for other users.

If I got CreatedBy from /Report api call, could i retrieve information about user by CreatedBy?

I don't think Report Server has anything like this. If I need this sort of information I usually do a query against LDAP or ActiveDirectory
