Power BI Refresh Question

Just trying to answer (what I hope) is a simple question:

When a record/item is deleted in a sharepoint list, upon incremental refresh, will the record be deleted from the corresponding PowerBI Dataset (assuming import mode)?

Only if that record is inside the window that is being incrementally refreshed. If it falls into one of the historic partitions then no, it will not be removed.
