New added Visual gives error on on premise server

I downloaded a Visual from the Microsoft site and neatly imported it into the desktop for Power BI on-premise server.
Works correctly on the desktop, but when I publish it to the report server, I get the error message below in the Visual.
What's not going well here?

“Cannot display this visual element.
To view this custom visual, you must first add it to this report: multiInfoCards9D184BB3D4E44A139DA08142D76EFD36

What version of Report Server are you using? There was an issue in the initial release of the Sep 2022 version, but there was an update released to fix this and it should not happen in later versions.
