MySQL Connector Not Working

I'm having issues with the MySQL Connector on my machine. I've tried installing Connector/NET 8.0.32 and 8.0.28, but both have thrown me the same error. MySQL Connector Error.png

Other threads have said to downgrade, but those threads also mentioned "8.0.28" worked for them. Is there a known reliable version I can install? Or is this error becing caused by something else?
