Manage > Data Sources does not list all files in pbix query

I have a pbix (created with Power BI Desktop RS (October 2017) with queries to two .csv files and a .xlsx file that are hosted on a shared folder.  I tested all three queries in my pbix in PBI Desktop first and then uploaded it to Power BI Report Server.  When I go to Manage > Data Sources, it only shows me one of the three files.  I established the data source credential successfully for that one file, but when I later checked the status of the scheduled refresh, there was an error message that stated "...Credentials are required to connect to the file source...." followed by the full path to the other two files.  No surprise that the refresh failed.

Does anyone know why Report Server is not presenting the other two files for me to establish credentials in Manage > Data Sources?
