Hello, I can't log into power bi with the admin@fin-analiz.kz account associated with my work domain. This account is an administrator account. When I try to log in, I am asked to enter the code from Microsoft Authenticator. No access to the application. help me login to my account.
I need to pay for this account and switch to the tariff Power BI Pro
Please tell me how to create a ticket with Microsoft support to solve a similar problem?

If you're a user in your tenant (or you're an admin but not the only user), contact your admin to follow the authentication method for managing Azure AD Multi-Factor Authentication - Microsoft Sign in |Microsoft Learn resets your MFA options. After the reset, you'll need to set up MFA again when you log in to the O365 portal.
