I can't log into power bi

Hello, I can't log into power bi with the admin@fin-analiz.kz account associated with my work domain. This account is an administrator account. When I try to log in, I am asked to enter the code from Microsoft Authenticator. No access to the application. help me login to my account. 

I need to pay for this account and switch to the tariff Power BI Pro

If you're a user in your tenant (or you're an admin but not the only user), contact your admin to follow the authentication method for managing Azure AD Multi-Factor Authentication - Microsoft Sign in |Microsoft Learn resets your MFA options. After the reset, you'll need to set up MFA again when you log in to the O365 portal.

If you are the only administrator in your organization, because our forums are a public platform, we do not allow or appropriate to collect customer account information.
