How to capture a screen shot of a PowerBI (RS) Report and export as file/PDF WITHOUT Power Automate?

The goal is to capture a screen shot of a Power BI Report (Resport Server Version) and then export that screen shot to a pdf/png/email. I am most interested in any suggestions about how, if possible, this flow can be automated WITHOUT Power Automate.

The reason for not using Power Automate is that my employer currently does not offer Power BI Service, only Report Server.

I'm not aware of any way of doing this in the on-prem Report Server. It's not supported functionality. If you need pdf/png emails on-prem then the normal answer is to build those as paginated reports.
