figure2: the power query editor data

As you may see, the figure1 only has one data, but it is showing the power query editor data which is more than one data. Even I refreshed the power query data, and "close and apply" still can not fix it.

Please for help, thanks a lot.

Check if you have enabled the 'include in report refresh'

What you are looking at in the designer is a "data preview" which may be cached and may not reflect the latest live data. Have you tried clicking the "Refresh Preview" button? Does that fix your issue?

This issue can be solved by reboot VM everytime, Idk why reboot can fix the problem and any idea to fix it but not reboot the vm.
